Also, I think many people purchase and use paid plugins. If you purchase a paid plugin, it will probably come with support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a question, you can simply chat through a support ticket, but if you need help with something that isn&#039;t working properly, they will help you log in to the WordPress dashboard to find the cause and resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us via support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be asked to provide login information for the WordPress admin page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off the WordPress dashboard access restriction from overseas on your server<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new user account with administrator privileges and provide that information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The above is the general process for receiving support from an overseas plugin company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%e6%b5%b7%e5%a4%96%e3%81%8b%e3%82%89%e3%81%aewordpress%e3%83%ad%e3%82%b0%e3%82%a4%e3%83%b3%e3%81%ab%e9%96%a2%e3%81%97%e3%81%a6%e6%b3%a8%e6%84%8f%e3%81%99%e3%82%8b%e4%ba%8b\"><\/span>Things to note about logging in to WordPress from overseas<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We use xserver. In xserver, the function to block WordPress admin login from overseas is turned on by default. Other companies&#039; servers, such as Lollipop and Konoha, often block WordPress admin login from overseas by default as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if you contact an overseas plugin company to ask about a problem and they contact you to let you log in to the WordPress dashboard, you won&#039;t be able to log in to the dashboard from overseas just by providing them the login information for the admin screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can result in back and forth issues such as not being able to log in, and it can take a long time to resolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means that if an overseas plugin company wants to log in to the WordPress dashboard, they need to temporarily turn off the server security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
