We received a consultation from a client who said that emails sent through a WordPress contact form (in this case, Contact Form 7) were always being sorted into the spam folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think many people use email addresses created on this server to send emails, but if they are identified as spam they won't reach the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Until recently, this issue was resolved by configuring SMTP in WordPress, but this article explains a slightly more advanced configuration method for those who are unable to resolve the issue with just the SMTP settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Updated March 2022 The mail system has been updated on the xserver side to prevent mail from being assigned to spam!<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

When I inquired about this to xserver, I was told that whether or not a mail is classified as spam is a setting on the inbox side, and there is no particular setting that needs to be made on the server.<\/p>\n\n\n
Preventing emails from being classified as spam is somewhat difficult, as it depends on the recipient's settings as well.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
