What is Delete Plugin Settings in All in one Security?

  • WP Security
  • setting
  • Delete plugin settings

You can set the following two items, both of which are ON by default.

  • Delete database tables - Set this to ON if you want to delete the database tables when deleting the plugin. If there is a problem and you delete the plugin temporarily, all data stored in the database will be lost, so we recommend setting this to OFF.
  • Delete settings - Turn this ON if you want to delete the plugin settings when you delete the plugin. We also recommend turning this OFF, as the settings will be lost even if you delete the plugin temporarily.

If you want to completely delete the All in one WP Security plugin, for example to switch to another security plugin, it is a good idea to turn it ON before deleting it.
