I’m using the free Paid Membership Pro plugin and had the opportunity to customize it, so I’d like to share the steps I took to customize it.
We recommend that you always make a backup before making any customizations!
Download the customization plugin from the official website
Add new plugin
Follow the normal steps to manually upload a plugin and activate the downloaded plugin file.

The procedure is as follows.
Edit the php file
- Plugin
- Plugin File Editor
- Select the plugin to edit: "PMPro Customizations"
Select the [pmpro-customization.php] file. You can safely customize your site by adding custom code to this file.
