A cancellation text link will appear on the user's My Page

It may show as cancelled due to translation issues, but a text link to refund the order will be displayed on the order details screen.

When you click the link, a form will appear where you can enter the reason for cancellation, so enter some text and click the button.

Cancellation process

When a user requests a cancellation, an email will be sent to the administrator. The administrator will then process the refund.
In your WooCommerce orders list, change the customer's status to [Refund].

If the payment has been completed, a refund will be processed.
