Clicking [Set up] will take you to the screen where you can set the settings for group reservations.

  • Custom Fields Delivery - When including custom fields in a group booking notification email, you can choose whether to display only the fields for the customer who made the booking, or whether to display custom fields for the entire group, including customers who have made past bookings.
  • Attachment upload path - Specifies the path (URL) on the server where attachments are saved when uploaded. If left blank, they will be saved in "wp-content/uploads/amelia/" by default.
  • Validate required custom fields in the backend - This setting determines whether required fields are applied to reservations made through the admin panel. If disabled, you will be able to manually add a reservation without entering required fields.
