How to register an Amelia location (illustrated)

You can set up multiple locations to provide your services.

Set up in [Amelia] > [Location].

Add a location

Click Add location.

Location settings

2. Name - the name you want to display
3. Address - Only available to Google Maps API users
4. Pin icon - Only available to Google Maps API users
5. telephone number
6. Description – Description can be displayed in email notifications

Set the location to employees

On the [Amelia] > [Employees] screen, go to the edit screen for the employee in question.

In the [Location] section, select a registered location.

The address of the registered location will not be displayed on the front end (the homepage that customers visit), only the name of the location will be listed.

Please include your address in the body of the email.

The details of the location you set cannot be seen on the homepage you visit, but you can display it in the text of the email.

[Amelia] > [Notifications] > [ Please check "Show Email Placeholders".
