You can customize it here. You can set it in 5 minute intervals up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
For example, if you have a customer who has reserved a seat from 10:00 to 12:00, if you make the next reservation from 12:00, there will be an overlap if the customer does not leave. Therefore, if you set it to 30 minutes, the next customer will be able to make a reservation after 12:30.
