Country block function

If you upgrade to All in one WP Security Premium, you can use the Country block feature. In the general settings, you can block access by country.

Country Block Settings

If you want to block access on a country-by-country basis, turn Enable country blocking ON.
With the whitelist setting, you can allow access by specifying an IP address even if you block access by country.
