There are three types:

Email text settings

There are few items that can be configured.

  • Active - Turn it ON to send emails
  • Recipient(s) - To the user
  • Subject - You can set the subject as you like
  • Message - Enter the message

The email text contains tags called email variables that output customer information.

  • {user_login} - User login
  • {first_name} - User first name
  • {last_name} - User last name
  • {display_name} - User display name
  • {user_email} - User email
  • {post_title} - Course/Group Title
  • {post_url} - course/group URL
  • {site_title} - Site Title
  • {site_url} - Site URL

Source Settings

  • Sender name
  • Sender email address

If left blank, the site name will be set to name and the WordPress administrator's email address will be set to email.
