Set up [Stripe Connect] in the settings.

You will need to set up Stripe Connect in your Stripe account. Follow the link below to set it up. Click the [Start using Connect] button.

Enter your platform profile

Start filling out your required platform profile.

You will be asked to answer questions about your business. Since these are questions, there is no problem if you answer based on your understanding.
The settings recommended based on the results of this question will be automatically reflected.

Sending your identity verification documents

Return to the connect settings screen again and send your identification documents.

Sellers are required to set their country

If you add this feature to your site later, and you want to use the automatic withdrawal setting via Stripe, you must open the settings on your My Page and set the [COUNTRY] field. If this setting is empty, the next seller will get an error when connecting to their Stripe account.

When you turn on the payout function via Stripe on a site built with HivePress, a button called [Set up Payout on Stripe] will be added to the user's personal page.

When you click, the payment will be automatically made with the email address you created in your seller account.

After this, you will be prompted to enter your phone number and a verification email will be sent to you via short code. After that, the interview will begin.

Enter your personal details. You will be receiving payments so it is important that you enter the correct information.

After completing the registration process, you will need to verify your identity and email address. Finally, your Stripe account will be created.
The seller will be an account called Stripe Express.

Stripe has strict personal information management, so there are many fields to enter and it takes some time to complete registration.
