Matching plugin HivePress cancellation and refund process

We explain HivePress, a WordPress plugin that allows you to create your own matching site for free.

This setting allows users who have already purchased an item to cancel it.

This setting allows purchasers to process refunds from the admin screen.

A cancellation text link will appear on the user's My Page

It may show as cancelled due to translation issues, but a text link to refund the order will be displayed on the order details screen.

When you click the link, a form will appear where you can enter the reason for cancellation, so enter some text and click the button.

Cancellation process

When a user requests a cancellation, an email will be sent to the administrator. The administrator will then process the refund.
In your WooCommerce orders list, change the customer's status to [Refund].

If the payment has been completed, a refund will be processed.
