In the major update in December 2025, the UI of the admin screen changed significantly in versions 9.x and later. We will explain the new version!

This time, we will explain the event QR code function that can be used in the paid version of Amelia.

Available with Pro and Elite licenses.

Amelia > Feature & Integration > E-ticket QR code

In the WordPress admin panel, click Amelia > Feature & Integration.

Set the E-ticket QR code to [Enable].

Click Set up.

Email settings for e-ticket (QR code)

Clicking Set up will link you to notification settings.
An email titled [E-ticket] has been added to the bottom of the event.
Please note that if E-ticket is not enabled (ON), the QR code will not be sent.

The wording can be changed.
The QR code will be automatically attached.

When will the e-ticket (QR code) be sent?

  • For online payments, an e-ticket will be sent only when the reservation is completed.
  • For offline payments - if payment is not made at the same time as booking, you will receive a one-time email regarding your e-ticket once your Amelia payment status changes to paid.
  • Customer Panel - View your e-ticket at any time from your Customer Panel

How to scan your e-ticket (QR code)

An item called [Scan] will be added to the event.
You can scan the QR code with your device's camera.

A similar scanning feature will also be added to the employee panel.

If you make a reservation for a group

If you make a reservation for a group, please send it to the person who made the reservation.
・Individual QR codes for everyone in the group
・One QR code per group
You will receive two types of QR codes. By presenting one QR code per group, you will be able to check the attendance of everyone in the group with a single scan.

For events with multiple dates

Only one e-ticket (QR code) will be issued, and the same e-ticket can be used to register for multiple participation dates.

Released as soon as the next morning! Weekends and holidays are also available!
