This time, we will explain how to set up Amelia's events.

Amelia's Event Settings

First, let's explain how to set up Amelia.
After activating the plugin, Amelia-related settings will be added to the left sidebar.
From there, open [Events].

Location Settings

Add the event location to Custom address.
Also, add a detailed description of the event to the description.

This setting item will be added.

A setting that allows one person to make multiple reservations

Checking Allow multiple bookings per customer will allow one customer to book the same event multiple times.

Allow multiple people to book

Checking Allow additional people will allow you to make reservations for multiple people.

When making a reservation, you will need to set the number of people you wish to reserve and then proceed with the reservation.

Limited to one reservation

If you check Limit additional people, you can limit the number of people who can make reservations at one time, as you have set it up so that multiple people can make reservations at the same time with Allow additional people.

Display total number of people in reservation

By checking Multiply price by number of people, you can display the total price for the number of people making a reservation at one time.

The total amount will be displayed based on the number of people in the reservation.

If unchecked, individual amounts will be displayed.

By checking Close event when minimum capacity is reached, you can limit the event reservation deadline based on the number of people who can make reservations.
