This article explains how to use Amelia, a WordPress plugin that allows you to create a homepage with a reservation system.

This time, we will explain the event ticket function available in the paid version of Amelia.

Available with Standard, Pro, and Elite licenses.

Amelia > Feature & Integration > Ticket

In the WordPress admin panel, click Amelia > Feature & Integration.

Set the ticket to [Enable].

Just enable the ticket feature

The ticket function allows you to set various prices for events, so you can use it just by enabling it.

Event Pricing

A ticket line item will be added to the event pricing.

• Name - Ticket Type
• price
• Number of reservations

Set this here.
The screenshot below demonstrates how to split the price between adults and children.

If you turn on Shared category capacity, you can set the total number of adults and children that can make reservations, or the total number of people in the added categories, as the number of reservations.

Setting prices by date

A new item called [Pricing by date range] will be added below the ticket, allowing you to set price fluctuations depending on the reservation date.

Example of variable pricing based on reservation date

For the event held on January 24th, those who applied by the 18th
Adults: 8,000 yen, Children: 4,000 yen
Those who applied after that period
Adults: 10,000 yen, Children: 5,000 yen
This is a function that allows you to set variable prices depending on the application period, such as early bird discounts!
