In the major update in December 2025, the UI of the admin screen changed significantly in versions 9.x and later. We will explain the new version!

This time, we will explain how to set up notifications for Amelia.


Amelia's notification settings

First, let's explain how to set up Amelia.
After activating the plugin, Amelia-related settings will be added to the left sidebar.
From there, open [Notifications].

Amelia > Notifications > For Customers

First, you can find email settings for customers under Amelia > Notifications.

Regarding service reservations

  • When the reservation is confirmed
  • ReservationWhen making a tentative reservation
  • Administrator cancellation
  • Cancellation by you

Event booking information

  • When making a reservation
  • When an event is canceled by the administrator

Amelia > Announcements > For staff

You can set up emails for staff at the same time as for customers.

If you want to send emails to people other than customers and staff

There are only two types of emails available: one for customers and one for staff. If you want to send emails to a different email address, such as an administrator, you can register an additional email address in Settings > Notifications > Basic Settings.
