This article explains how to use Amelia, a WordPress plugin that allows you to create a homepage with a reservation system.
In the major update in December 2025, the UI of the admin screen changed significantly in versions 9.x and later. We will explain the new version!

This time, we will explain how to set up the package services that can be used with the paid version of Amelia.

Available with Pro and Elite licenses.

Amelia > Feature & Integration > Packages

In the WordPress admin panel, click Amelia > Feature & Integration.

Set the package to [Enable].

Click Set up.

Adding packages

Click the blue button to create the package.

Before creating a package, you must create at least one service.

Package Details

• image
• name
• color
• Period - Expiration date

If you want to control the number of reservations that can be made, turn on the course application limit per customer.
The number of courses controls how many you can book.

You can make a reservation within the set period.
If you select January, you can make reservations for dates within one month.

Configuring the services to include in the package

Configure the settings on the Services tab.

Select whether to create a package using that service.

Set the following for each.

• Appointments - the number of appointments available for the service
• Minimum bookings - The minimum number of bookings that can be made at one time
• Maximum bookings allowed - The maximum number of bookings that can be made at one time

When Shared capacity across services is turned on, the number of reservations that can be made for each service is not fixed, but rather the total number of reservations that can be made is determined.

Package Pricing

The total price will be displayed multiplied by the number of reservations for the service. Discounts can be set at this time.
