This time, we will explain how to set up invoices that can be used with the paid version of Amelia.

Amelia > Feature & Integration > Invoices

In the WordPress admin panel, click Amelia > Feature & Integration.

Set the invoice to [Enable].

Go to [Setup] to set up.

How to set up invoices

Click [Set up] to set whether or not to send invoices to customers. The default is OFF, so if you want to send invoices, turn "Send invoices to customers by default" ON.

Displayed items

The invoice template format is fixed.

Company Information

The company information you set in Amelia > Settings > Company Information will be displayed in the upper right corner.

Invoice number

The invoice number and issue date are displayed in the upper left corner.

Customer information

Customer information will be output in the area framed in red.

How to check the issued invoice

The issued invoice can be viewed on Amelia's accounting.

You can download it or preview the contents.

You can also click on the row (red box on the left) to view details and resend the invoice.

Email notification settings

You need to set up email invoices.
Go to Amelia > Notifications.

Booking invoice has been added to the Other block at the bottom.

The invoice will be attached, so we will only change the wording.
