現状で、「iOSおよびiPadOS 18以降では、Appleカレンダーアプリで作成または編集されたイベントを「予定あり」としてマークできなくなりました。」という事なので、Appleカレンダーの連携はお勧めできません。
公式ドキュメントによると、予定あり時間帯のブロックが必要な場合は、GoogleカレンダーまたはOutlookカレンダーをご利用くださいという事ですので、接続の解説は行いません。
