What is the All in one WP Security File change detection setting?

The File change detection setting in the All in one WP Security scanner settings is a setting that notifies you to a specified email address when a file is changed.

If there are changes to a file, this includes changes due to updates, so be careful not to set it too frequently as you may receive notifications every day.
