Install Add-on

To implement this function, you need to install additional features distributed from the official website.

This will enable additional add-ons.

Downgrade Settings

Once enabled, a "Misc Shortcodes & Features AddOn Settings" item will be added to the Simple Membership settings.

Enable Auto Downgrade Expired Account - Check
Downgrade to Membership Level - Set which membership level an expired user will be assigned to

User unsubscribes

The user who pays via Stripe will cancel the subscription.

The settings for the Cancel button are shown below.

If you do not set [invoice] and [customer] in the Stripe webhook settings, member cancellations will not be properly linked.
