WordPress Booking Plugin Amelia(Links to the Amelia official website) We explain Package, a feature exclusive to the paid version.

What you can do with the Package is to make reservations by selling tickets (multiple-ride tickets)!

We've been waiting for this feature♪ First, I'll introduce the operations from the customer's side and the administrator's side, and then I'll move on to explaining how to set it up!

How to purchase the Amelia Package (ticket)

Customers select the services they wish to purchase from the set packages.
You can purchase a single service, or you can purchase a package (ticket).

Press the [Continue] button.

Package details:

Clicking the Continue button will take you to the date and time selection screen.
The number of times you can make a reservation can be changed in the package settings.

If you set the minimum number of reservations to 0, you can simply purchase and add dates later from your My Page.

Multiple reservations possible at once

After that, just enter your reservation information and complete the payment just like you would for a regular reservation.

How to make a reservation after purchasing a ticket (multiple-ticket pass) using the Amelia reservation plugin

Since I have only purchased a ticket (multiple-ride pass), I am currently unable to make a reservation for the service.

Access your customer panel (my page)

Packages (tickets) are displayed.
Since only one date was selected when making the reservation, we can see that one of the three-time package has already been booked.

To make an additional reservation, click [Book] and a calendar will appear where you can make reservations for the set service.

You can select and reserve an employee who can perform the purchased service. If you do not select, an employee will be assigned randomly.

You can cancel or change the date from My Page.

How do ticket (multiple-ride pass) reservations appear to the administrator?

Check the package settings

A "Manage Package" button has been added to the configured package within the service.

You can also manually add bookings to see how many times your customers have booked with you.

Individual reservation information is also added to the appointments page, where you can check the reservation status for regular services.
